If I was a 18 year old soldier in D-Day I feel like it would be horrific. Seeing my loved ones Die. Not something I would enjoy.
i want to have a psychology major. I choose this major in my life because i am interested in the human mind, how it works, and why it works that way.
this video talks about peoples reaction to certain things. it tells about how people choose how they react to "bad" situations. You shouldn't let something "bad" ruin your whole day, you should keep on striving because the worse part of the day is yet to come. remember ,"don't cry over spilled milk!".
12 x12 x 12 impressions are the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. I have never understood why people feel that it is ok to judge other people period, but this makes it even worse because you don't even know that person. Judging a book by it's cover is wrong and you should never judge someone!
In class today we listened to a poem by Taylor Mali. In this poem he spoke about the way people speak without conviction and don't know how to say declarative and interrogative sentences. I think this poem stresses a extremely valid point on how most people speak in this day in age. He talks about how people add "periods" and "question marks" to the end of their sentences when speaking to one another. This poem is an awesome poem because maybe it will turn, the way some of the listeners speak, around.
